 How To Use

- Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight, and close your eyes
- Start with taking a few long and deep breathes and clear your mind
- Next, take your crystal chanting mala in your right hand and begin your chanting count from the first bead
- Use your thumb and index finger to rotate each bead with every mantra/chant you complete
- You complete your one cycle once you reach the last bead. To repeat the cycle/process, you flip the mala and begin again
